Fincore eSign sends your documents out for electronic signature and brings them back with proof.
Fincore eSign is an electronic signature service for businesses: upload a PDF, invite signers by email, and receive a completed document together with a tamper-evident audit certificate. Each signer confirms access to their email address with a one-time code, every step is recorded, and any copy can be checked for authenticity by anyone, at any time, for free.
Accounts are provisioned by Fincore for licensed organisations; there is no self-service signup. Signers never need an account.
Send for signature
Upload a PDF, place signature fields, and invite signers and CC recipients by email, one by one or in bulk from a template.
Email-verified signers
Every signer confirms their email address with a one-time code before signing, and signs by typing or drawing their signature.
Evidence, not just ink
Completion produces the signed PDF plus a Certificate of Completion: an audit record of every step with SHA-256 fingerprints of both files.
Anyone can verify
A public verification tool checks any copy of a signed document against its recorded fingerprint, in the browser, without uploading the file.
Your own storage
Optionally sync completed documents and certificates to your organisation's Google Drive or OneDrive automatically.

A REST API and signed webhooks let your own software send envelopes and collect signed documents, with a test mode that never consumes quota.
